Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs all use of the LinkrCap platform. It supplements and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension, data deletion, and legal action.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not create, upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your startup, team, or traction
- Impersonates any person, company, or brand
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret
- Contains sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable material
- Promotes illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Solicits investment funds in violation of SEBI regulations
- Makes unsubstantiated claims about funding, partnerships, or achievements
- Contains personal data of third parties without their consent
- Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
3. Prohibited Uses of the Platform
- Using AI features to generate misleading traction data or fabricated testimonials
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically copying platform data
- Using multiple accounts to evade suspensions or artificially inflate metrics
- Reselling access to the platform or AI features without authorization
- Using the platform to conduct competitive intelligence against LinkrCap
- Circumventing any access controls or security measures
- Using the platform in any way that violates SEBI, RBI, or other Indian financial regulations
4. AI Feature Misuse
- Attempting to manipulate AI outputs to generate false validation scores
- Submitting other founders' ideas as your own for validation
- Using AI-generated pitch content and representing it as independently verified advice to investors
- Extracting training data or attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models
5. Enforcement
LinkrCap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove any content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Report violations to law enforcement authorities
- Seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies
- Claim damages for losses caused by AUP violations
We may act without prior notice where the violation is serious or where notice would prejudice security or legal proceedings.
