LinkrCap ("LinkrCap", "we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered operating system accessible at www.linkrcap.com and associated mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use our platform, products, and services ("Services").

By accessing or using LinkrCap, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Device type, operating system, browser type and version
• Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns
• Session identifiers and usage logs
• Referral URLs and marketing attribution data

3.3 AI Interaction Data

• All prompts, inputs, and ideas submitted to AI validation features
• AI-generated outputs including scores, roadmaps, and pitch content
• Interaction history with AI features

• Google account data (if you register using Google OAuth)

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising on behalf of third-party advertisers.

6. Sharing Your Data

6.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)

6.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose data to government authorities, courts, or law enforcement when required by Indian law, including under the DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000, or order from a competent court.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. You will be notified of any such change with 30 days advance notice where legally permitted.

7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the following rights:

8. Data Retention

• Financial records: Retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws
• Support communications: Retained for 2 years
• Security logs: Retained for 90 days

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Data Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher encryption
• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing — never in plain text
• Database access restricted with role-based access controls
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• API keys and secrets managed through secure vaults

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights or interests, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by the DPDP Act 2023, and report to the Data Protection Board of India as required.

10. International Data Transfers

LinkrCap's primary operations are in India. When data is transferred to service providers outside India (e.g., for AI processing), we ensure:

• Contractual safeguards with Standard Contractual Clauses
• Data Processing Agreements with all international processors
• Transfer only to jurisdictions approved by the Data Protection Board of India

11. Children's Privacy

LinkrCap is strictly not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will immediately delete all associated data and terminate the account. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided data should contact us at contact@linkrcap.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
